REFUND POLICY

We at www.giorgiocreation.com place the highest value on customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product to us at the time of delivery. We strive to accommodate all reasonable return requests, but we reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests at our discretion.

Please note that www.giorgiocreation.com does not offer direct or immediate exchange of returned goods. Instead, once your return is successful and accepted, “Store Credits” will be issued to you through “Your Store Account” for you to place new orders on www.giorgiocreation.com. Be aware that the “Store Credits” issued for returns will be based on the original order transaction amount, minus any included shipping costs. Unless otherwise stated by www.giorgiocreation.com in writing, customers are responsible for any costs associated with sending their return goods for assessment.

The goods to be returned should remain unused and with any price or brand tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer (at the customer’s own expense), and the return request may be denied.

Please be aware that return requests made after 5 days upon receipt of goods will be granted at our discretion. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, please aim to return goods immediately upon receipt or within 5 days upon www.giorgiocreation.com’s official acceptance of your return request. Goods returned beyond this given time frame may not be entertained and accepted at the discretion of www.giorgiocreation.com.

GOODS RETURN REQUIREMENT :

• Proof of purchase (Order Number, Tax Invoice, etc.)
• Reason for return has to be valid and the return acceptance conditions met. 
 
1. Please ask for the delivery team to return the goods immediately upon receive of the said reject goods should you find the goods to fall short of your expectation or satisfaction or do so within 5 working days upon receipt of products. Your request should include the reason(s) for the return.
 
2. Returns will require that the product(s) in question be sent, in their original condition of receipt within 5 days, to the following address:

Please be aware that the cost of returning the rejected goods to us will be borne solely by the customer. Furthermore, we reserve the right to request further evaluation and consideration of the product in question in order to investigate the reason for the return. This does not automatically obligate www.giorgiocreation.com to accept the return request.

Please note that items damaged due to the purchaser’s fault or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. This assessment will take 3-7 working days upon our receipt of the returned item.

For accepted return requests, we will issue online Store Credits for your replacement order or your next purchase on www.giorgiocreation.com. You can check the status of your return request or Store Credit update via Your Store Account.
